CHANGE? START WITH YOURSELF! PROJECT OF SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL ACTIVATION III

The project “Change? Start with yourself! Social and professional activation project III ”no. RPWP.07.01.02-30-0228 / 19 implemented under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020, Priority axis 7. Social inclusion, 7.1. Active Integration, Sub-measure 7.1.2. Active integration – competition projects awarded from the European Social Fund.

Purpose of the project

The aim of the project is social, educational and vocational activation and preparation for employment of 100 people benefiting or qualifying for social assistance, aged 18-64, living in the Greater Poland Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, unemployed or passive professionally, including people with disabilities.

Conditions of participation

The project is aimed at people who meet the following conditions:

• they are aged 18-64;
• are unemployed (registered in the locally competent Labor Office with the 3rd profile of assistance) or professionally inactive (unemployed, not registered in the poviat labor office, not actively seeking employment);
• they live in the Wielkopolska Province.

Who Can Benefit?

The project is addressed to 100 unemployed people (15Women / 10Men) or inactive (46F / 29M), 18-64 years old, at risk of poverty or social exclusion (61F / 39M), residing in the Wielkopolskie Province within the meaning of the Civil Code, including :

• 100 people using social assistance benefits in accordance with the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance or qualifying for social assistance support (61F / 39M),
• min. 6 people with a moderate degree of disability (4K / 2M),
• at least 4 people with a significant degree of disability, people with multiple disabilities, people with intellectual disabilities (3K / 1M),
• at least 10 people with mental disorders or people with pervasive developmental disorders (7F / 3M),
• min. 10 people benefiting from the Food Aid Operational Program (6K / 4M),
• at least 10 people meeting the conditions of poverty, experiencing multiple social exclusion understood as exclusion due to more than one condition (6F / 4M).

What can you gain by participating in the project?

We offer project participants free support, which includes:

Individual Advisory Support for 100 project participants (participation in the support is obligatory):

• Individual meetings with a psychologist 3h / person.
• Individual meetings with a career counselor, 3h / person.

Group Psychosocial Support for 100 participants of the project (participation in the support is obligatory):

• Training of motivation, competences and social skills – 18h (3 days x 6h)
• Group workshops on active job search and group career counseling – 12h (2 days x 6h).

Professional activation:

• Vocational courses / training (60 people). According to the planned path of professional development.
• Individual consultations with an employment agent for 60 people (3h / person);
• 3-month internship for 80 people (internship scholarship in the amount of PLN 1,440.00 net / month net).
