The aim of the project is to create and implement a simulation game for people at risk of social exclusion, aimed at overcoming their barriers, increasing motivation and helping in social and professional activation.
Who can participate in the project?
People without employment (economically inactive, unemployed) including:
– people with disabilities (severe or moderate degree)
– using social assistance
– benefiting from the Food Aid Operational Program
– meeting the premise of poverty, experiencing multiple social exclusion. A group distant from the labor market, requiring both social and professional activation.
Activities aimed at the target group:
Participation in testing a simulation game (2 test groups of 12 people each).
For the target group of the standard project, i.e. jobseekers who are in a difficult situation, it will help in social and professional reintegration. The game will allow participants to analyze their behavior, gain greater awareness of the consequences of their behavior, acquire new social competences – learn new tools for dealing with crisis and conflict situations, consequently stimulating the change of habits and facilitating coping with situations in everyday life.
